How to manifest consistently without hiccups

This is a big theme for most people who have started manifesting and saw real fruit of their labour, but then suddenly couldn't move any further. For most of our life, we have been used to people doubting us and our dreams. Just remember what big dreams you had as a child and how much you were forced to lower your expectations. It is completely normal to doubt yourself, but if you are smart you will also doubt your own doubts. And thats when you start seeing the big picture of what is truly behind this creative blockage.

Let's look at this issue from an energy standpoint. Firstly you get really excited about your manifestation, your eyes get all big and this energy gets stirred up. It"s like you woke up from a long dream and you suddenly realize all you can be doing with your life, it feels insane in the best sense. Energy moves to your upper centers and its feels like you are floating, as if you were in love. For a little bit it can be very refreshing, but after a while you become ungrounded and impractical, maybe even a little naive. And its understandable because it does feels nice, comforting like you are back where you belong, but again it"s a way to dissociate. Over the course of our life we have found many ways to cope with unwanted situations, there are plenty unhealthy ways too choose from (alcohol, drugs, TV, social media...) . And when we begin our spiritual journey for a while it can be a way to escape the routine. But if you can look yourself in the eyes and face the truth, then you are half way towards manifesting what you want. Because to manifest, is to stand on the ground, it"s materializing and you need to be in direct contact with the physical to have this ability.

After you fall back down on the earth the first time, it will probably hurt. It literally feels like you fell from the 6th dimension, and suddenly nothing makes sense anymore. You might ask yourself questions like "How did I fall for this?" and your faith will become small to nonexistent, but the good news is this is not the end. For a while you might mope, but you will get back on your feet.

The second time the energy moves up to your upper chakras, you are not going to go that high, because you will remember that the higher you go the worse the fall. And you will have built some resistance to the energies by then. You might fly up and fall down a few more times though, before you become more centered and balanced. This takes practice and sensitivity towards the energies that are flowing your way, but it is achievable.

As you become more centered through this exercise, you will realize that the centre of your energy body is in your heart, and to be centered is to utilize the energy of the heart in your every day life. When you do everything with your heart, you won't get pushed into the wrong direction and things will become much more natural and effortless.

Jumping up and down as mentioned before, wastes a lot of your energy and focus of what you really want to be doing. With all this newfound energy you will manifest without such issues anymore. All that you will need is to stay balanced and to do everything out of the heart chakra. When your work comes from the heart, nothing else will really matter. Because even if it didn't work out exactly as you wanted, you put love in it and loved doing it. Thats the real deal. And so what if things don't work out immediately, you came here to learn and grow. No-one likes to play games on level extra easy. If you could do it better you would have, don't dwell on your mistakes, it takes too much of your life energy. Enjoy the present moment and be grateful for what you have today. Nothing ever stops, things change and evolve, it's the ultimate rule of the universe.

This honestly makes so much sense. I've been having trouble recently, struggling with what I want in my life. The motivation for something can come in full force at certain times, giving me such drive and energy. But I tend to focus on small external forces, things which shouldn't stop me but somehow I surrender to it - every time. I'm so sick of it to be honest. The power of perspective can literally change your life.

This probably stems from being a perfectionist and always trying to do your job 110%. It puts too much pressure on you, taking away all the drive and enthusiasm you would otherwise naturally have for the project. You should ask yourself why you`re afraid of making a mistake.
